With our brand new class timetable and the development of our new spin studio, we can now offer 100+ classes per week!

There are a variety of classes on offer ideal for the beginners right through to the advanced. Whether you would like to improve on your body strength or control your breathing through Yoga, we really do have something for everyone! Check below for the description of classes.

In this dynamic and fast-paced session, we’ll combine heart-pumping cardio with explosive strength exercises to maximize your calorie burn and push your limits to the max

LIFT AND TONE, the 30-minute fitness class that combines strength training and toning exercises to sculpt your body and enhance your overall fitness level! Get ready to lift, tone, and transform as we target key muscle groups to help you achieve your desired results.

 

YOGA – One of the oldest holistic health care systems. The practice of yoga integrates mind, body and spirit bringing us into balance.

PILATES – Concentrating on strengthening your inner core muscles, through breathing, stretching and posture improvements.

HIIT STEP – HIIT step is a style of aerobic step exercise class that takes advantage of the high intensity benefit of HIIT training. It’s fast, it’s all-out, it’s intense. The workouts are generally pretty quick; although, during that short time you’re giving 100% effort into your workout.

 

LES MILLS SH’BAM™ – A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT™ – Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning calories along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

LES MILLS BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. You will burn up to 540 calories!

LES MILLS BODYBALANCE™ – You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. TURBO SPIN – the heart-pounding, 30-minute spin class that will turbocharge your fitness journey and leave you feeling exhilarated! Get ready to pedal your way to a fitter, stronger, and more energized version of yourself in this high-intensity cycling experience

 

 

LES MILLS RPM™ is a cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session.

LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, perfect for achieving fast results.

LES MILLS THE TRIP™ is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds.
