With our brand new class timetable and the development of our new spin studio, we can now offer 100+ classes per week!

There are a variety of classes on offer ideal for the beginners right through to the advanced. Whether you would like to improve on your body strength or control your breathing through Yoga, we really do have something for everyone! Check below for the description of classes.

STUDIO 1 CLASSES:

LES MILLS SH’BAM™ – A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT™ – Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning calories along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

LES MILLS BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. You will burn up to 540 calories!

LES MILLS BODYBALANCE™ – You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

YOGA – One of the oldest holistic health care systems. The practice of yoga integrates mind, body and spirit bringing us into balance.

PILATES – Concentrating on strengthening your inner core muscles, through breathing, stretching and posture improvements.

AB ATTACK30 minutes, no nonsense, straight up abdominal work.

BARBELL CLUB – A weights based class using barbells that varies every time working on lifting technique, strength and shape. This is for all abilities, and in a team encouraging environment.

PUMP / POWER PUMP – The Oakhill instructors take on Pump to provide you with a total body workout. A mixture of dumbbell, free weight and barbell exercises are included.

HIIT Cardio and weights, the perfect combination all in one class to get your heart rate up but also making sure you feel the burn.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS – A full body aerobic toning workout. It is designed to target the legs, bums and tums and it also includes moderate / low impact exercises therefore it is perfect for all ages.

CIRCUITS – A full body workout using a variety of equipment. A mixture of bodyweight and strength training exercises, rotating from each piece of equipment.

BODYTONE – A class designed to tone your whole body. Low impact workout suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Focusing on the tempo and technique to get those muscles working.

BOXING BOOTCAMP – Traditional style bootcamp with various elements of boxing. Looking to take out your frustration and get fit in a controlled way… this is the perfect way to get fit.

STRETCH IT OUT – Ola will take you through a series of movements that helps stretch your muscles and give you a good workout. Combining various yoga and pilates style moves plus utilising some equipment.

HIIT STEP – HIIT step is a style of aerobic step exercise class that takes advantage of the high intensity benefit of HIIT training. It’s fast, it’s all-out, it’s intense. The workouts are generally pretty quick; although, during that short time you’re giving 100% effort into your workout.

 

SPIN CLASSES:

LES MILLS RPM™ is a cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session.

LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, perfect for achieving fast results.

SPIN 30/45 – our instructor led spin classes. Designed to really get you working hard and burn those calories.
